Refurbishment of 6,500m2 existing Science 1 and Science 2 buildings. The buildings include a ground floor ‘super lab’ for all disciplines, specialist PC1 / PC2 labs, trace metal clean rooms to ISO Class 5 and equipment to ISO Class 3. The system includes a fume cupboard manifold system.
The hydraulic services design included lab gases, compressed air, RO water along with cold and circulating hot water.
